【Regarding Reservations】
●Reservations for course meals must be made by noon the day before due to ingredient procurement arrangements.
●Courses are served in two sittings, from 6 PM and 7:30 PM, and are only available for dinner.
●Fire to Table (about 90 minutes): 2:00–3:30 PM, right after lunch. Step up to the hearth, learn how wood fire works, and cook meat and seasonal vegetables yourself. Enjoy the result with a paired drink. One party per day.
●Sea to Table: Paddle out with a guide and catch your own fish by kayak. Our kitchen at Quebico then prepares your catch for you. Morning plans end with lunch; afternoon plans end with dinner. If the sea is too rough to go out, we switch to a wood-fire course and fire-tending session at the restaurant, at the same price.
●Forest to Table (about 5 hours): Walk the mountain forest where our firewood comes from and a restored old trail, pick wild Japanese herbs, then sit down to dinner from 6:00 PM. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
●Meeting times for experience plans will be confirmed after you book. The dining time you choose changes the schedule before and after the meal.
●If we are unable to contact you 15 minutes after your reservation time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
●For reservations of 11 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.

【Regarding Children】
●If children will be eating the same meals as adults, please include them in the number of adults when making your reservation.

【For Customers Arriving by Car】
●There are 5 parking spaces in front of the restaurant. Additionally, there are 5 more parking spaces a short distance away. Please feel free to use them.
【For Guests Requesting Transportation】*This service is only available to guests dining in.
●We offer transportation to nearby accommodations, such as Dogashima Onsenkyo, at actual cost (200 yen/km).
(Free transportation is provided for guests staying at LODGE MONDO.)
