Savor handcrafted ramen inspired by Ramen Iida Shoten

After training at the nationally famous Ramen Iida Shoten in Yugawara-cho, located in Kanagawa Prefecture, owner Daisuke Watanabe opened the Ramen specialty store in 2021, becoming the first officially recognized independent store. We create homemade noodles and handcrafted ramen without the use of chemical seasonings or yeast extracts.
