Reservations Reservations open 60 days in advance and are released on a rolling basis. We are an intimate space of 8 counter seats surrounding Chef Masa. Sushi Masa operates with a single seating each evening, ensuring every guest enjoys a relax and unhurried omakase experience. Due to the limited number of seats, early planning is recommended.

Our Omakase Our menu is curated by Chef Masa, designed daily around the seasonal ingredients arriving from Japan.
As many ingredients are specially sourced and flow in fresh, kindly let us know if you have any food restrictions or preferences, and we will do our best to accommodate them. We regret that we are unable to offer vegetarian, gluten-free or fully cooked options.
Reservation Hold In our commitment to serving fresh produce procured from Japan, a pre-authorisation hold of $200 per guest is needed to secure your reservation. Kindly note that this is not a pre-payment and this hold will be released upon arrival.
Our Cancellation Policy We understand that plans may change and we’ll do our best to accommodate adjustments. - No charges for cancellations or amendments made more than 72 hours before the reservation date - The pre-authorised amount will be charged for cancellations (including reduction in the number of guests) within 72 hours or in the event of no-show
As many ingredients are specially sourced for each seating, this policy helps us to prepare responsibly.
Dining with Children We welcome young guests as long as they are able to enjoy the full omakase course. Children should therefore be included in the reservation as dining guests.
Corkage Policy Should you wish to bring your own bottle, we offer the following corkage options: - A standard corkage fee of $60 per 720mL bottle or $120 per 1.8L bottle - A 1-for-1 corkage arrangement - open one bottle from our selection and we’ll waive the corkage for one of yours.
Special Occasions We are pleased to offer a complimentary slice of cake for celebrants marking a special occasion. If you wish to bring your own cake, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance, as our storage space is limited.
Dress Code We don’t have a specific dress code at Sushi Masa. You’re welcome to come as you are and wear whatever you feel comfortable in.
