Cancellation Policy
We will keep your credit card information, but it will not be processed.
Payment is due at the restaurant on the day.
Your credit card company will refund the deposit at a later date.
Refunds will take approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on the card company.
If you have any questions, please contact your registered card company.
For cancellations or changes, the following cancellation fees will be charged, calculated from the time of your arrival:
18 hours in advance: 100% of the reservation fee
A 5% service charge will be charged on the total bill.

Guest Information
●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating requests.
●If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.
●For reservations of 9 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.
●You can choose your child's menu when you visit the restaurant on the day.
Children who will be eating the same course as adults should be included in the adult number of guests when making a reservation.
●Please refrain from using strong-smelling perfumes or cosmetics when visiting the restaurant.
●Reservations for à la carte customers must be made by phone. * à la carte seating will be at a table.
●We are often unable to seat you without a reservation on the day.
If possible, please make a reservation by phone, even for à la carte orders.
●If you are larger and would like a table seat, we can accommodate you at a more spacious table, so please write this in the comments section.
●We are also open for lunch (starting at 12:00 only).
You can choose the same course as for dinner.
*Only counter seating is available for weekday lunches.
