Tempura Matoba will have its grand opening in Higashi Chaya District, Kanazawa in May 2025. The owner, who trained at the famous Tokyo restaurant Tempura Motoyoshi, fell in love with Ishikawa and moved there to serve tempura that brings out the best in the ingredients. Enjoy an extraordinary experience with a course menu using seasonal ingredients such as Kaga vegetables and fresh seafood.
