Requests Regarding Reservations
Regarding Our Cuisine ● We offer several course options. While our online reservation system requires selecting one course per reservation, we can accommodate reservations combining multiple courses. Guests wishing to combine courses are kindly requested to contact us by phone or email. ● Guests with egg allergies, gluten allergies, or gluten-free requirements are kindly requested to consult directly with the restaurant. ●We are unable to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, or dairy allergy requests.
About Reservations ●Please note that we may not be able to fulfill specific seating requests. ●For same-day reservations, please inquire by phone. ●For reservations of the 4-person private room, please inquire by email or phone. ● For reservations of 7 or more guests, if your desired date/time is unavailable online, anniversary requests, or private events, please inquire via email or phone.
Cancellations & Arrival Times On the day of arrival / 1 business day prior (the day before) 100% of total reservation amount × number of guests canceled
Two business days prior to arrival (day before the day before)/Three business days prior to arrival (3 days prior) 50% of total reservation amount × number of guests canceled
No-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations without notice 100% of total reservation amount × number of guests reserved
●If we do not receive contact from you 20 minutes or more after your scheduled reservation time, we regret to inform you that your reservation will be considered canceled. ●For customers reserving our Christmas or New Year's special courses, cancellations or changes to the number of guests made within one week of the reservation date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the meal cost.
Children's Visits ● Dining Room: Children aged 13 and older who can order the same course menu as adults are welcome. ● Private Room Guests: Children aged 6 and older who can order the same course menu as adults are welcome.
Regarding Visits ● Please refrain from wearing strong scents such as perfume. ● While we do not enforce a strict dress code, we kindly ask gentlemen to avoid visiting in sleeveless shirts, shorts, sandals, or other casual attire. ● Photography is permitted, but please be considerate and avoid capturing other guests in your shots. Tripods and selfie sticks are not permitted.
