●Please select one afternoon tea per person when making a reservation.
●We regret that we cannot accommodate preschool-aged children.
For children of elementary school age and older, please make a separate reservation for each person.

●The afternoon tea is limited to 90 minutes and will start simultaneously at set times. Please be sure to arrive on time.
●If we are unable to contact you within 10 minutes of your reservation time, we will unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. If you will be late for your reservation, please be sure to contact the restaurant.
●Due to system limitations, reservations close at 9:00 AM two days prior to the reservation date. If you wish to make a reservation the day before, please contact the restaurant to discuss.
●For cancellations and changes, the following cancellation fees will apply, calculated from the date of your visit.
Cancellations made 48 hours or less before your scheduled arrival time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
●While we require you to register your credit card information when making a reservation, we will only charge you a cancellation fee if you violate our cancellation policy. Please pay for your food and drinks at the restaurant on the day of your visit.
