Regarding Cancellations and Reservation Changes
Please make any changes or cancellations to your reservation yourself. ≫Click here for instructions
＊Cancellation fees apply starting 2 hours before your reservation time.
＊If we cannot reach you 15 minutes after your reservation time, we will treat it as a cancellation and charge a cancellation fee (¥4,000 per person).
Additionally, we will be unable to hold your table as we need to accommodate other waiting guests.
▶If you will be late, please notify us by e-mail by 5:00 PM.
＊If the number of guests decreases by 2 or more, a cancellation fee of ¥4,000 will be charged.

About Reservations
● Please select your menu on the day of your visit. Please note we cannot accommodate vegan or vegetarian requests.
● We may not be able to fulfill specific seating requests. We appreciate your understanding.
● We do not accept reservations for large groups (7 or more people).
＊ If multiple reservations are made by the same person on the same day, we may treat them as cancellations.
●Table usage is limited to 2 hours from your reserved time.
＊When entering customer information, please provide a mobile phone number or email address for verification on the day of your visit.
＊Changes to your arrival time on the day of your visit are not possible. Even if you arrive late due to unavoidable circumstances, table usage remains limited to 2 hours from your reserved time. Please note that extending your usage time is not possible.
● We kindly ask that children refrain from visiting.

For Guests Planning to Arrive by Car
Parking is currently available, but spaces are limited.
Please use public transportation.

For Guests Planning to Use a Taxi
Taxi demand is high within Hakuba Village, and many cases occur where taxis cannot be secured as planned.
