[Reservation Notes]
1. Reservations for the following month open at 2:00 PM on the 25th of each month.
2. All kids' programs are available only to children 48 months and older and under 12 years of age.
3. When making a reservation, please be sure to include your child's name, age, gender, allergies, and any special needs in the "Request" section.
4. All programs require advance reservations through the website and may not be available if capacity is reached.
5. Program reservations can be made until 8:00 PM the day before. Cancellations or changes made after 8:00 PM the day before will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

1. To ensure smooth operation, please arrive 10 minutes before the program starts.
2. Entry may be restricted after the program begins.
3. Program contents may be changed or canceled due to resort circumstances.
