You can enjoy our proud chewy shiratama (rice flour dumplings) that are freshly boiled, our homemade syrup, and shaved ice made with natural ice from Shogetsu Himuro in Nikko. We are particular about the ingredients and manufacturing process, and use only seasonal fruits carefully selected to go well with our sweets (tangerines).
