The name Buddha Jumps Over the Wall comes from the phrase "The smell is so delicious that even monks who have undergone rigorous training jump over the fence." Dried goods such as shark fin, abalone, sea cucumber, longan, Jinhua ham, and other medicinal ingredients are steamed in the finest soup "Shangtang" for several hours to create a delicious soup that locks in the flavors of the various ingredients.
