For three exceptional evenings from 19th–21st May 2026, lebua Bangkok presents an extraordinary collaboration an elegant convergence of two world-renowned master chefs.

At the heart of this experience, Chef Brian Rodriguez of Sirocco by lebua joins forces with internationally acclaimed Chef Alessio Rossetti, Executive Chef of The Oval at La Devozione, New York , recipient of the prestigious Three Forks (Tre Forchette) award from Gambero Rosso for four consecutive years.

Together, they orchestrate a refined dialogue between plate and glass where flavour, texture, and aroma unfold with precision, restraint, and artistry, culminating in a meticulously composed 9 course tasting journey, each course a study in balance and each moment a quiet crescendo set against Bangkok’s luminous skyline.
