▶We are unable to accept seating reservations. Thank you for your understanding.
▶For reservations for 5 or more people, please contact us by email.

▶During peak hours, seating is limited to 1 hour and 50 minutes (2 hours and 20 minutes for the Afternoon Tea Set).
▶The Afternoon Tea Set is available in two time slots: 1:30 PM and 4:00 PM. If you select any other time slot when making a reservation, your reservation will not be accepted.
▶If the Afternoon Tea Set is not displayed when making a reservation, it means that the set is sold out or fully booked.
▶Please cancel your Afternoon Tea Set reservation at least two days in advance.
▶Please note that if you cancel your Afternoon Tea Set without permission, your next reservation may be declined.
▶Even if you are unable to make a reservation via table check, you may be able to make a reservation by phone if there is availability. Please contact us at 072-920-7353 (Phone reception hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
▶ Business hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Last orders for food: 6:00 PM / Last orders for drinks: 6:30 PM). Please note that reservations made after 5:30 PM may be delayed.
▶ During peak hours on Saturdays and Sundays, we may be unable to respond to reservations or inquiries over the phone.

▶ If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. If you are running late, please be sure to contact us by phone (072-920-7353).
