【Important Information for Your Visit】
・Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance (Winter season: December 1 – March 31).

・If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you book. With advance notice, we will do our best to accommodate you. As ingredients are sourced and prepared in advance, we may not be able to accommodate requests made on the day.

・We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing strong perfumes or fragrances so that you can fully enjoy the flavors and aromas of our cuisine.

・We do not have a formal dress code; however, we kindly ask that guests refrain from visiting in excessively casual attire.

【Reservation Changes & Inquiries】

・Same-day increases in party size can be accommodated when seating is available.

・As we prepare food for the number of guests booked, same-day reductions will be charged at the full reservation price. You are welcome to take the prepared food home with you.

【Cancellation Policy】
・More than 72 hours before your reservation: FREE (cancellations and changes in party size)
・72 to 48 hours before: 30% of the reservation amount
・48 to 24 hours before: 50%
・Within 24 hours, or no-show: 100%

・For groups of 10 or more: 50% from 7 days before, and 100% from 3 days before the reservation date.

・This policy, in principle, also applies if you are unable to visit due to weather conditions or transportation disruptions.

・Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card registered with your reservation or paid by bank transfer.
