【Reservations】 ●We accept cashless payments only. ●A 10% table charge applies per group. ●One drink order per person is required. ●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request. ●If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late. ●Free parking is available for up to seven cars. ●There is no space for storing skis or snowboards inside the restaurant. ●If you arrive earlier than your reservation time, you will not be allowed in. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you arrive on time for your reservation.
【Deposit】 When you make a reservation, a deposit of ¥11,000 (tax included) per person is required. This deposit will be refunded upon arrival.
【Cancellation Policy】 If you cancel or change (reduce) the number of guests within 24 hours of your reservation,
a cancellation fee of ¥11,000 (tax included) per person will be charged.
