About reservations

• Please make your reservations no later than 6 p.m. the day prior to your desired date.
• Reservations can be made for parties of 2 to 8 people.
• The location used will be the ”at-home cafe AKIBA CULTURES ZONE ". You will not be able to select the floor.
• If we are unable to reach you even when it is 10 minutes after your scheduled time, we may cancel your reservation. Please arrive on time.
• Please make your payment after using the service on that day.
• We accept payment by cash (Japanese yen) or by credit card.

When making your reservation, we may confirm your credit card information, but there will be no charges before using our service. However, please be aware that if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the time of the scheduled reservation, your credit card will automatically be charged the full cost.
