・We do not accept inquiries about reservations at our Cafe. We kindly ask for your cooperation in refraining from contacting at our Cafe by phone.
・Please note that we do not accept reservations or provide information on seat availability over the phone.
・If you want to search for vacant seats, please enter only the number of people first.
・Reservations can be made for up to 4 people.
・If a seat becomes available due to cancellation of a reservation, etc., it will be immediately reflected on the reservation site.
・Reservations are accepted until 9:00 am on the day.

【Caution】
・Cafe (seats only) reservations are limited to 80 minutes, and dinner (seats only/course) reservations are limited to 100 minutes.
・Reservations cannot be transferred or resold.
・If more than 15 minutes have passed since the reservation time without contacting us, the reservation will be cancelled.
・If the reservation name and the customer's information do not match, we may refuse to enter the cafe.
・If you would like to change your reservation, please cancel your reservation and make a new reservation. Please note that once you cancel, there is a possibility that the seats will be filled.
・A reservation ID will be issued after the reservation is completed. A reservation ID may be required upon arrival. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

We have a cancellation policy as follows.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
·Course Set Menu
From 2 days before to 24 hours before the reservation date and time: 50% course fee x number of people booked. Within 24 hours of the reservation date and time: 100% of the course fee x number of people booked
・Seat only reservation
If you cancel without notice or cancel on the day, we will charge a cancellation fee of 500 yen x the number of reservations.
In addition, no cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel in advance by the day before.
