Our restaurant is small, with only 18 seats. Cancellations or last-minute changes to the number of people or time will inconvenience other customers.

For this reason, please contact us by phone or message us on social media at least one day in advance if you wish to make changes or cancellations.

We also ask for your cooperation with the following:

●We are unable to accommodate requests for specific seating locations. Thank you for your understanding.
●If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
●For reservations of 13 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.

◆About Cancellations
If you do not show up without permission, we may refuse future reservations.

◆About Reservation Times and Seat Guarantees
If we do not hear from you more than 30 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will be considered canceled without notice.
In that case, we may offer your seat to another customer.

◆ Regarding Late Arrivals
Even if the full reservation number is not yet met, we reserve the right to rescind your seat if it is more than 30 minutes past your reservation time.

◆ Regarding Changes
Please be sure to contact us at least one day prior to any changes to your reservation's time, number of guests, or course contents.

◆ Regarding Cancellation Fees
● Lunchtime Reservations
・Course Reservations 1 hour prior: 100% of the reservation fee
・Seating-only Reservations 1 hour prior: ¥2,000

● Dinnertime Reservations
・Course Reservations 3 hours prior: 100% of the reservation fee
・Seating-only Reservations 3 hours prior: ¥4,000
