〈Regarding the Number of Guests〉 For parties of 5 or more, a private room is recommended. If dining in the main area, your group may be seated at separate tables. Please consult with us in advance. We kindly ask that reservations for a single guest be avoided due to quality considerations. Thank you for your understanding.
〈Food Allergies〉 Please inform us in advance if any guests, including those accompanying you, have food allergies. We cannot accommodate allergy-related requests on the day of the reservation or after arrival. We may not be able to accommodate guests with multiple or severe allergies. Please consult us beforehand. As SOA uses a wide variety of seafood, we may not be able to accommodate guests with seafood allergies. For disliked ingredients, we kindly ask you to enjoy the dishes as originally prepared whenever possible.
〈Reservation Time〉 To ensure the highest quality, we begin preparations based on your reservation time. Please arrive on time. Significant delays may affect the dishes served. The dining experience takes approximately 3 hours. Please allow enough time when booking.
〈For Returning Guests〉 We do not set deadlines for menu changes to maintain quality. If you have visited before, please let us know the name used for your previous reservation. Without this information, we may serve a similar menu as last time.
〈Reconfirmation〉 We will contact you one week before your reservation to confirm. If confirmation cannot be obtained by two days before your reservation, it may be canceled. We appreciate your cooperation.
〈Cancellation Policy〉 Cancellation fees apply as follows:
The day before: 50% of the course fee × number of guests
On the day: 100% of the course fee × number of guests Reduction in party size will also incur cancellation fees. To prevent food waste, please notify us at least 3 days in advance if canceling.
〈Children〉 Due to the nature of the cuisine and ambiance, we kindly ask that guests be 13 years or older.
〈Dress Code〉 Smart casual is recommended. Please refrain from wearing sandals or shorts. We also ask guests to avoid wearing strong perfumes, which may interfere with the aroma of our dishes. If the scent is too strong, you may be refused entry.
Additional Charges A water fee of ¥1,000 (tax included) per person and a 15% service charge will be applied.
