Located in front of the main gate of Izumo Taisha Shrine, our restaurant inherits the love of soba from our predecessors and works with soba every day. Using rare domestic stone-ground buckwheat flour, our craftsmen pay close attention to the moisture content to provide flavorful, moist soba. Please enjoy our traditional hand-made soba.
