The wood-based interior makes you feel welcome. You can see up close the chef’s technique at the counter seats. Depending on dishes, we prepare two types of Sushi rice using "red vinegar" or "rice vinegar", and two kinds of soy sauce. Besides the seasonal seafood purchased daily from the Tsukiji fish market, we also prepare ocean-fresh seafood that arrives on the day from Hokkaido.
