[Reservations] ● Dining time is limited to 2 hours. ● Changes to the menu on the day of the reservation cannot be accommodated. ● For reservations of 26 or more guests, please contact the restaurant directly. ● If we are unable to reach you 30 minutes after your reserved time, the reservation may be canceled automatically. Please be sure to call if you’re running late. ● From December 31 to January 3, a separate 10% service charge applies.
[Reservations for families with children] ● Children who will be having the same course as adults should be counted as “adults” when making the reservation. ● We do not provide children’s menus, high chairs, or child-sized utensils (such as small spoons, forks, or plates). Please note this in advance.
[Cancellation policy] For cancellations or changes, cancellation fees will be charged according to the following schedule, calculated from the scheduled arrival time.
・Within 24 hours: ¥3,000 per person ・Within 48 hours: ¥1,000 per person
・Within 24 hours: 100% of the reservation fee ・Within 48 hours: 50% of the reservation fee
