Sea Cucumber has long been regarded as a premium nourishing delicacy. Rich in collagen and amino acids, it is prized for its skin-rejuvenating properties and its ability to nourish the body. From Chiu Chow style appetisers to luxurious double-boiled soups and inventive noodle creations, this limited-time offering highlights the sea cucumber’s celebrated texture and ability to absorb complex, layered flavours.
