Traditional Edomae sushi to enjoy the seasonal flavors

Appetisers and nigiri carefully prepared using the best items of the day will be served Omakase style (chef's choice). Osechi Box Musashi by Aman (TAKE OUT ONLY)

Aman Tokyo is honored to present a special Osechi Box, crafted by Hiroyuki Musashi, the master chef of Edomae sushi restaurant “Musashi by Aman.”

In this inaugural offering, Chef Musashi combines time-honored techniques and the intrinsic flavors of premium ingredients with a refined modern sensibility. The result is a two-tiered jubako (traditional lacquered box) featuring over 20 meticulously prepared dishes, available in a limited edition of 20 sets.

The menu includes auspicious delicacies such as Ise lobster and abalone—symbols of longevity—alongside Musashi by Aman’s signature, homemade karasumi (dried mullet roe), original caviar, and vinegared kohada (gizzard shad). Each item is elegantly presented in handcrafted ceramic bowls made by Chef Musashi himself, culminating in a beautifully arranged and thoughtfully curated celebration of the New Year.

We invite you to welcome 2026 with this heartfelt culinary creation, prepared with sincere wishes for a joyful and prosperous year ahead.
