フランス・ボルドーが世界に誇る名門「クラレンス・ディロン」より、アジアパシフィックマネージャーのジェレミー・ルムグー氏を迎え、アンダーズ 東京「ザ タヴァン グリル＆ラウンジ」にて、一夜限りのメーカーズディナーを開催いたします。
副総料理長 平久江 裕がこの日のために考案する特別コースに合わせ、ボルドー五大シャトーのひとつ「シャトー・オー・ブリオン」の貴重なバックヴィンテージをはじめ、厳選したワインの数々をペアリングでご用意いたします。
