Vietnamese and Japanese fusion hideaway-like restaurant

We are a hideaway style Vietnamese restaurant in a quiet residential area. We offer original Vietnam cuisine incorporating Japanese tastes through tea leaves and sake lees. The owner is a wine taster who enjoys pairing Vietnamese meals with wine. Our homemade lemon sour, for an apertif, uses organic lemon grown in Ehime and natural carbonated water from Okuaizu and is our most popular beverage.
