“REGAL” is a French word meaning “exquisite” or “a treat.” We want guests to enjoy French cuisine in a more casual way than at a formal restaurant, so you can savor authentic French dishes in a relaxed bistro style. For days when you want to give yourself a small treat or celebrate, we recommend our course menu. For daily visits, à la carte dishes at dinner or our lunch service are great choices.
Carefully prepared bistro French — we make each dish by hand. The chef prepares everything alone in a small two-story traditional house. Because service may take time, please make reservations for days when you have enough time.
● Estimated dining time Lunch: about 2 hours; Course menu: about 2½–3½ hours ● If you are more than 30 minutes late and we cannot reach you, we may have to cancel your reservation. If you will be late, please be sure to contact us. ● Children: Reservations are accepted only for children who can order and eat the same menu as adults. ● Parking: Please limit to one car per party. *There is no parking available during weekday lunch service.* ● Allergy handling: We can only remove items from a dish. We cannot accommodate allergy requests on the day, so please inform us at the time of reservation. ● Our entrance requires guests to remove their shoes and climb stairs; seating is primarily on the second floor. *If any guest has difficulty with stairs, please contact us by phone to discuss.* ● Seating cannot usually be selected. However, if you need a private room for business meetings or family introductions, please contact us by phone. When fully booked, you may be seated at the first-floor counter. ● For birthdays or anniversaries, we can add a chocolate message on the dessert plate for a fee. Free messages are not available. Message only: ¥300. Dessert assortment with message: ¥1,100. We cannot accommodate requests on the day, so please understand and inform us in advance. ● Bringing outside food and drinks is prohibited. Bringing wine may be allowed with prior phone consultation and reservation. ● We are a bistro. During dinner service we require a beverage order (this applies to children as well). ● For inquiries or questions, please contact us by phone.
