We are pleased to welcome Mr. Yusuke Nakayama, the founder and president of Amanosato Brewery, which finally opened in May 2025. He will share his story, from the initial conception of the new brewery to its founding, product development, manufacturing, and sales—the unwavering passion for sake brewing that has consistently flowed through his journey.
