The owner-chef has used the skills he has cultivated in high-end restaurants to create the food he wants to make and the restaurant he wants to visit. The interior is based on a mini version of their previous store "French restaurant GINKGO"(at Mejiro). The warm and welcoming interior is small but packed with attention to detail.
