Our concept revolves around Western techniques and wood-fire cooking, a primal and time-honored method that imparts a distinct smoky flavor and enhances the natural essence of each ingredient. We focus on using the seasonal bounty sourced mostly from the Kansai region where each plate will tell a story of our chef's culinary heritage.
