Only the highest grade lamb shabu-shabu in elegant Ginza

Creative lamb shabu-shabu restaurant, using only lamb less than a year old, sent from Hokkaido.The meat is very tender and juicy and doesn't have the distinct flavor of normal lamb. Our prized sauce, created with 20+ ingredients, is also fantastic with lamb meat. The interior is illuminated with soft lights, that make the atmosphere chic and stylish.
