For one evening only, Chef’s Table by lebua hosts an intimate collaboration with Château Latour, one of the most revered First Growth estates, long regarded as a benchmark of structure, longevity, and uncompromising excellence.

On 7 May 2026, a limited number of guests will experience a carefully curated tasting menu by Chef Vincent Thierry, designed to accompany and elevate a distinguished selection of Château Latour wines. Each course is composed with intent, allowing the wines to speak with clarity, depth, and quiet power.

The evening is guided by Alexandre Garandel of Artemis Domaines, offering rare insight into the philosophy, provenance, and evolution behind each vintage, an opportunity to engage with the legacy of Latour beyond the glass.
