Regarding reservations for accommodation ● Dinner starts at 18:00. ● For guests using the sauna: You can choose the starting time from 15:00, 15:30, 16:00, or 16:30. We will adjust the sauna temperature according to the selected time, so please be punctual. If you are delayed, please contact us in advance. If you arrive late without notice, we may not be able to process check-in as we may not be there, so please understand in advance. ● Online reservations are available for up to 2 guests. For reservations of 3 or more guests, please contact the store directly. ● Children aged 12 and above are charged at adult rates. ● If you would like to bring children under 11, please contact the store directly.
● Breakfast is prepared by Chef Murai from Sagra. It is scheduled to be served on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, but it may be unavailable occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances. Please be aware of this in advance. ● Pairings are prepared in advance, so changes from alcoholic to non-alcoholic drinks on the day are generally not accepted. If you wish to make a change, we will accommodate it with what is available on the day.
● Regarding the Hokkaido Accommodation Tax The displayed price includes the Hokkaido Accommodation Tax (100 yen per person per night). Please pay the accommodation tax along with the reservation fee in advance.
Regarding reservations for meals only ● Dinner starts at 18:00. ● Online reservations are available for 1 to 4 guests. ● Children aged 12 and above are charged at adult rates. ● If you would like to have meals with children under 11, please contact the store directly. ● If we cannot reach you 30 minutes after the reserved time, we may have to cancel the reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you are delayed. ● Pairings are prepared in advance, so changes from alcoholic to non-alcoholic drinks on the day are generally not accepted. If you wish to make a change, we will accommodate it with what is available on the day.
Regarding payment methods ● We request advance payment via credit card at the time of reservation. Since it is an advance payment, please confirm the dates and discuss them before making a reservation. For additional charges such as drinks during the meal on the day, please use the card used for reservation to pay via TableCheck Pay or settle the bill separately.
