Monzen, a restaurant serving Noto beef hitsumabushi that closed in 2024, will be renamed "Mashiba" and reopened on February 17, 2025. The basic dishes will remain the same, but the restaurant has been redesigned from the ground up to provide a space that is more worthy of becoming a memorable visit to Kanazawa.
