Our young chef, who trained at the renowned yakitori restaurant Yakitori Matsumoto, hones his unique techniques and sensibilities every day to serve you the finest skewers. We source rare and highly prized local chickens, including the legendary Yamagata Jidori, Shikano Jidori, and Nagasaki Tsushima Jidori. Enjoy a variety of rare local chickens that can only be tasted at our restaurant.

This course is made with luxurious branded chicken and seasonal dishes. We source from all over the country, so you can enjoy various parts of chicken.
