※ Entry processing begins 10 minutes prior to the start time of each session.
Those who arrive before the entry processing time cannot wait inside the store.
● The usage time is 75 minutes per session, with a complete turnover between sessions. ● During busy times, the order in which customers can purchase merchandise will be determined via “random lottery tickets.” These tickets will be distributed at the time of entry processing.
Please be sure to use the elevator when entering the store. ※ Please note that the elevator may be crowded; we appreciate your understanding. Example: For reservations at 10:00, please arrive at the store between 9:50 and 10:00.
● At check-in, you’ll need the reservation number stated in the email as well as the full name of the person who made the reservation. If we cannot verify your identity, entry may be denied. ● If you’re running late, please call us immediately. ● If you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved time, the reservation will be treated as canceled—even if you’ve contacted us in advance. ● Please note that individuals who cancel reservations without notice won’t be able to make future reservations. ● We cannot store personal belongings; please use nearby lockers in advance.
● The deadline for making reservations is one hour prior to the scheduled time on the day of visit. ※ This deadline may change without prior notice.
