【About Reservations】
●Although we will ask for your card information when making a reservation for customer information verification, the actual payment will be made at the store on the day of your visit.
●To prevent issues, we do not recommend using debit or prepaid cards. Please consider using a credit card.
●For last-minute reservations (on the same day or the following day), please contact us by phone only. Additionally, for reservations of 7 or more people, please contact the store directly.
●We may not be able to accommodate specific seat requests. Thank you for your understanding.

【About Meal Service】
●For children under 10 years old, we can provide a children's meal (5,500 yen). If you wish to order, please inform us of the number of meals and the children's ages. For children who will have an adult meal, please include them in the total number of adults when making the reservation.
●We accept special requests for bamboo shoots (spring), pike conger (summer), and soft-shelled turtle (all year round). Please mention your request in the comments section when making your reservation.

【About Cancellations】
●For cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time, we will charge 100% of the course fee as a cancellation fee, regardless of the reason (including COVID-19, influenza infection, etc.).
Exceptions apply only in cases where it is physically impossible to visit due to stopped public transportation caused by typhoons, earthquakes, etc. Proof of this (such as a transportation delay certificate) will be required for the cancellation fee to be waived.
●If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation without notice, it will be treated as a cancellation, and 100% of the course fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
●If the phone number or email address provided at the time of booking is incorrect, we may cancel your reservation. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact information.

【About Course Prices】
●Due to frequent fluctuations in crab market prices, the payment amount on the day may exceed the course fee at the time of reservation. Please understand and accept this before making a reservation.
