● After receiving your reservation request from this website, we will notify you by email within the next 72 hours regarding the availability. The reservation will be confirmed only after you reply to the confirmation email. Please note that if you fail to reply to the confirmation email, the reservation will not be confirmed.

●At the time of reservation request, we keep your credit card information for the purpose of claiming a cancellation fee but the settlement will not be done, so please make the payment at the store on the day of your visit.

● Online reservation requests and changes to reservations are accepted before 12:00 on the day seven days prior to the desired date of visit.

●Unfortunately, we are unable to accept reservations for single guests. We accept reservations for parties of two or more.

● Children under 6 years old are not permitted. For parties with children aged 6 or older, please include them in the number of adults in your reservation. If you have children who have special food requirements, please make a reservation by email.

The menu changes according to the season. We provide "Special Season Menu" in the season of autumn leaves, New Year holidays and spring (10/1～5/6). In the rest of season, we provide "Normal Season Menu". Also, we provide "All Season Menu".

We usually prepare a little higher legless chair on Tatami mats. But if you prefer western style, normal table and chair on Tatami mats, we can prepare that for you, too.
