Notifications from ORTO

1. Reservation
- We ask all customers to make reservations and pay in advance. Reservations can be made up to 90 days before until the morning of your visiting date.
- If you have any allergies or foods you can't eat, please let us know in advance. We cannot take care of them after your arrival on that day.
If you are late, we serve the course from the middle. We will not serve the menus you miss.
- The course takes about 3 hours to finish.
- We do not accept customers under ages 7 for the safety reason; there are delicate tablewares such as wine glasses.
- If you are with children ages 7 and over, please let us know their numbers and ages at comments section. Please remind, we serve them the same course as adults; there is no kid’s menu.

2. Cancellation
- If you cancel the table on the day of your reservation, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. We only accept cancellation when you complete it on TableCheck by the day before. Please remind, a credit card transaction may take a few days.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, your reservation will be considered cancelled on the day.

3. At the Restaurant
- If you order additional drink, we ask for making a payment at the restaurant.
- We do not accept customers wearing perfume.
- Smoking is not allowed at the restaurant.

4. Others
- To reserve the whole restaurant, please contact us in advance.
- When you are a group of 6 to 8 people, we can arrange table for lunch. Please contact us first.
- Course contents and prices are constantly changing depending on seasonal ingredients and the number of course components.
