Alle reserveringen zijn onderhevig aan een boekingskosten van ¥ 500 per persoon en zijn niet-restitueerbaar ongeacht de annuleringsredenen of fouten.
*Reservation Rules*

● Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your reserved time.
We’ve placed signage on the sidewalk in front of the shop; please wait in line there.

● Guests wearing strong perfumes or fragrances will not be allowed entry. Please inform anyone accompanying you of this rule as well.

● Children aged 12 and under are not permitted to enter.

● When taking photos inside the shop, please ensure that other customers, staff, and the kitchen area are not visible.

● You must order one bowl of ramen per person in your reservation. Orders consisting solely of rice dishes or side items are not permitted. If you’d like two bowls of ramen, please make separate reservations for different time slots.

● We do not accommodate vegetarian or gluten-free diets.
Additionally, since we use various ingredients, those requiring strict allergen management should refrain from making reservations. For inquiries regarding disliked ingredients, large luggage, wheelchairs, or any special requests, please contact us via DM on Instagram prior to booking. Requests submitted in the remarks section cannot be accommodated.

*Payment is accepted cash only*
● Please purchase meal tickets using a cash machine; we recommend bringing 1,000 yen bills.
※If you have 10,000 or 5,000 yen bills, we can exchange them—just ask a staff member.

*Cancellation Policy*
Cancellations incur a fee of ¥2,000 per person, applicable 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit.
・Arriving late to your reserved time also renders the reservation invalid; the same cancellation fee applies.

*Reservation Start Date*
Reservations become available at 12:00 PM three days prior to your desired date.
Example: Reservations for Saturdays open at 12:00 PM on Wednesdays.

Aanvullende informatie

You must arrive at least 10 minutes before your reservation time.
If you do not arrive by your reservation time, you will not be allowed to enter, so please be sure to inform your accompanying guests. (A cancellation fee will be charged.)
Please be sure to inform your companions that you are not allowed to enter the store wearing perfume or other strong scents.
Please be sure to inform your accompanying guests that your seat will be reserved for a maximum of 30 minutes. (For example, if your reservation is for 12:00, your seating time will be from 11:50 AM to 12:20 PM.)
Once you have finished your meal, please offer your seat to a waiting customer.
