This is a luxurious Matsuba crab hot pot only available at Kitafuku. We carefully select large live Matsuba crabs, process them in time for pickup, and deliver them to you fresh. Set includes: 1 Matsuba crab (crab legs and claws for shabushabu-shabu, crab miso, and minced meat), special soup stock, seasonal vegetables, raw yuba and fu, yuzu pepper, and rice for zosui (rice porridge). 2 persons.
