・If you cancel within 48 hours from reservation time, there is a 100％ cancellation charge.
・If you cancel within 72hours from reservation time, there is a 50％ cancellation charge.
・If you are late for your reservation by more than 15 minutes and we do not hear from you, we may have to cancel your reservation.
