[About Reservations]
● This spa requires prior reservations.
● Please inform the front staff that you have made a reservation for the spa on the day.
● If you are late for your reservation, we will shorten the time of your reserved course to avoid inconvenience to the next customer. In that case, we will still charge the regular price of the reserved course. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the start time to change or cancel your reservation.
● If you cancel within 24 hours, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

[About Use]
● Please note that those who have been prohibited from massage by a doctor, those with allergies, those with infectious diseases, those with pacemakers, those who are extremely sunburned, those with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, those under the influence of alcohol, those who have had surgery within the past year, and those who are pregnant may not be able to use the spa.
● For pregnant women, for safety reasons, we limit the number of customers to those between the 16th and 27th weeks of pregnancy. Also, the only menus available are facial, foot and hand treatments in the supine position.
●The minimum age to use this spa is 18 years old. However, this does not apply to customers aged 16 or older who have parental consent.
●Children are not permitted to use the spa.
