There is a lone soba shop on a side street of Takeshita Street in Harajuku. Owner Profile Opened ``Soba ni Sake no Ae'' in 2011. Michelin Bib Gourmand for 4 consecutive years since 2014. “Takenoshita Soba” will open in June 2023. This is a soba restaurant that also has vegan dishes.
