A restaurant to be opened in November 2026 in Kamimeguro, Tokyo, by Chef Hiroki Takakata, who honed his skills at London’s “Ikoyi” and Paris’s “Astrance” and “Le Doyenné”. Producers, ingredients, seasons, space, people—these various elements come together to create a unique dining experience that exists only in that place and at that moment.
