Reservation Guidelines ・Reservations are accepted up to one month in advance. ・For groups of 5 or more, we kindly ask that you choose the course menu. A la carte reservations are not available for large groups. ・Online reservations are available for 1–8 guests per group. For parties of 9 guests or more, please contact us by phone. ・If you are bringing children (elementary school age or younger), please make sure to include the number of children in your booking. ・Cashless payments only. We do not accept cash. Credit cards, transportation IC cards, iD, QuickPay, etc. are accepted. ・We are unable to take requests for specific seating locations. ・During busy periods, seating is limited to 2.5 hours. ・For birthdays or anniversaries: We can add a small message card (“Happy Birthday” or “Congratulations”) and a candle to your dessert. Please indicate the occasion (birthday/anniversary) and the name (in Roman letters) in the “Requests” field when making your reservation. ・Please avoid same-day cancellations. If you need to cancel, kindly contact us by phone by the day before. ・A deposit of ¥8,000 per person will be charged at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded upon your visit. Same-day cancellations incur a 100% cancellation fee. ・If we are unable to reach you 15 minutes past your reservation time, your booking may be canceled. ・Guests who do not show up without contacting us may be restricted from making future reservations. ・Even if our online system shows no availability, we may still be able to accommodate you.
