We are a restaurant where you can grill and enjoy chicken yourself. We prepare various cuts—such as thigh and breast meat—with different marinades and seasonings. You can savor the different textures and flavors of each cut: thickly sliced thigh and breast meat, harami, seseri with shiso leaves, tsukune, and white offal.
There’s also charcoal-blanched mung bean sprouts and seasonal vegetables tempura for a palate cleanser, as well as our signature creamy giblet croquettes!
To finish, enjoy freshly cooked rice from a clay pot, served with chicken soboro and pickled vegetables.
