A 10-course course using seasonal ingredients (includes food and alcohol pairings). At VANKA, we change the menu approximately once every two weeks in accordance with the 24 Japanese divisions so that our customers can experience the seasons. *Please note that the change may occur earlier or later than the scheduled time. The pairing will consist of six types of wine, paired with dishes carefully selected by our sommelier.
