Vegan Sushi Tokyo is an all-vegan sushi restaurant located in Shoto, Shibuya. We were founded by three vegans with the goal of making traditional Japanese sushi culture accessible and enjoyable for everyone, including those who follow a vegan lifestyle.
Using vegetables and vegan ingredients developed in Japan, we carefully recreate traditional sushi in a plant-based way. We also strive to create a warm and welcoming space where you can enjoy conversations about veganism with our team. If you are visiting Japan or Tokyo, we would love for you to stop by at the beginning of your trip. We’d be happy to share our local recommendations with you.
ーーーーーー 【About Reservations】
1. Please double-check your reservation date All reservations are based on Japan time. Many travelers accidentally book the wrong date, so please take extra care when making your reservation.
2. One set per person We kindly ask that each guest orders one set. Sharing one set between multiple guests is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
ーーーーーー 【Dining Time】
We kindly ask that each party limits their stay to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Most guests finish their meal within 45 to 60 minutes, and we have allocated time slots accordingly.
Please note: For guests arriving at 8:00 PM, the dining time will be limited to 1 hour. As we close at 9:00 PM, we appreciate your understanding.

If you wish to change your reservation date or time, we kindly ask that you cancel your current booking and make a new reservation.
ーーーーーー 【Late Arrivals】
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
ーーーーーー 【Cancellation Policy】
Same-day cancellation: 100% of the reservation fee Until the day before: No charge
Due to a high number of no-shows in the past, we have implemented this policy to prevent food waste and to ensure we can serve guests who are able to visit. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Please note that refunds are generally not available.
ーーーーーー 【Group Reservations】
1. The maximum number of guests per reservation is 8 people. If you wish to book for a larger group, please contact us via Instagram.
2. For group visits, please make one reservation under a single representative name. If separate reservations are made, we may not be able to seat you together.
ーーーーーー 【Menu Changes After Arrival】
Please note that changes to pre-ordered set menus are generally not possible after arrival. Even if you wish to change your set, the price difference cannot be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
