A food-pairing event featuring premium gin crafted by William Lowe, a Master of Wine with over 20 years of experience in the wine and spirits industry and who has mentored over 10,000 industry professionals, and Iron Bay cuisine.

THREE SEASONS GIN
From the dramatically changing seasons of spring, summer, and autumn in England's country gardens, the finest botanicals are carefully selected to create a concentrated and complex spirit. Cocktails paired with the food will be served at the beginning and middle of the meal, adding color to the dining experience.

Truffle Gin
Made with the rare white truffles from Alba, Piedmont, Italy, this gin is designed to be enjoyed as an after-dinner drink. Previously only available in select restaurants and luxury bars, it will now be enjoyed alongside Iron Bay's cuisine.
